Abstract :

The main objective of this study is to shed some light on breast cancer modeling and investigate women health in view of determining the incidence and risk factors of breast cancer through a sample of 165 patients . The analyses are based on primary data by using direct interview.. The data were analyzed by using logistic regression model to discover the effect of independents variables on the dependent breast cancer incidence. The study depends on Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), Stata10 and LogXact to generate the coefficient of the models and the other statistical test related to them. The result of the study reveals from all the models, residence and anxiety scale statistically is not significance which it means these variables can not play an important role to develop breast cancer among Sudanese females. For the others variables breast feeding, race, occupation, education level, parity, menopause status, contraceptive use, first full term of pregnancy, breast density, hormone replacement therapy, family history of breast cancer, menstrual cycle begin, benign breast biopsies and body mass index can be consider as a risk factors of breast cancer. All these variables statistically are significance. The study recommended that, there must be assessment for the current situation of the breast cancer so as to construct strategic plan to stop or eradicate the spread among the people.
